  ZGF-120kV/2mA DC High Voltage Generator

  1. This table is used to measure the insulation leakage current value in high-voltage electrical equipment on the high-voltage side during DC voltage test. The measuring range is 0~1999.9 uA,(2mA type) 0-19999(5mA type) and the allowable maximum current is 20 mA.

2. The principle of this table is measured by the Faraday cage equipotential shielding method, and all measuring parts are within the shielding of the metal sphere.

3. The high-voltage output end of the DC high-voltage tester is connected to the high-voltage micro-ammeter through the high-voltage current limiting resistor, and then connected to the tested product through the special plug of the high-voltage micro-ammeter and the shielded wire.

4. In order to reduce the additional error effect of corona ion current on the internal insulation leakage current when the high-voltage wire end of the test product is exposed, it is recommended to wrap the high-voltage wire of the test product with good insulation.

5. The high-voltage micro-ammeter internal 9V dry battery power supply. After the high-voltage lead plug is inserted, the internal power supply is turned on, and the internal power is cut off when it is unplugged. In order to extend the battery life, it is recommended to disconnect the power supply as much as possible when the measurement is stopped.

6. When the charging current value of the cable or high-voltage capacitor DC withstand voltage test can exceed the rated 2 mA of this meter and is less than 20 mA, this meter will not be damaged.

7. After the DC high voltage test of the test article is completed, the special discharge rod for DC high voltage test is used to discharge at the microammeter shell.

Note: The special discharge rod shall not be in direct contact with high voltage DC discharge. A certain distance shall be kept. When corona discharge is initially generated at the tip of the discharge rod and the voltage on the test product gradually drops by 20% of the test voltage, the discharge rod shall be touched to the shell of the micro-ammeter for discharge. Finally, the ground wire of the grounding end of the discharge rod is directly hung on the tested product.
