The use of three-phase phase voltammeter

Classification:

Test equipment use method

Welcome to purchase the ZECR3000 three-phase digital phase voltammeter produced by Wuhan Zhongke Xinyi Power Technology Co., Ltd. The following is the method of use:

1. Switch on/off

Press the ON key to boot, LCD display. Press the OFF key to shut down, the instrument will automatically shut down after 15 minutes of startup.

2. Backlight control

After the boot, the button can control the backlight, suitable for dark places and night use.

3. Data retention, cancellation, storage

In the test mode, press the HOLD key to keep the display data, and then press the HOLD key to cancel the hold. While holding the data, the instrument will automatically number and store the currently held data, and display the group number such as "S:001". The instrument can store up to 500 groups of data. If the storage is full, the symbol "FULL" will be displayed.

4. Data access and withdrawal

In the test mode, press the MENU key to enter the data access mode, and the RD symbol will be displayed. Start data access from the R:001 group. Press the up arrow key to incrementally access the data with a step of 1, press the down arrow key to incrementally access the data with a step of 10, and press the left arrow key to exit the data access mode and return to the test mode.

5. Data deletion

In the data access mode, press the right arrow key to enter the data deletion option, then press the left arrow key or the right arrow key to move the cursor to "YES" or "NO", then press the MENU key to confirm deletion or exit, and then return to the test mode.

6. Test display mode switch

After starting up, the instrument will automatically enter the voltage, current and phase test display mode (Figure A); press the down arrow key to enter the active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, frequency and three-phase current vector test display mode (Figure B); press the right arrow key to enter the phase sequence test display mode (Figure C); press the left arrow key to enter the vector diagram display mode (Figure D); press the up arrow key again to return to the voltage, current, and phase test display mode. Figure B three-way power, power factor is U1I1, U2I2, U3I3 corresponding power and power factor.

7. Testing

This instrument can test three-phase AC voltage, current, phase between voltage, phase between current, phase between voltage and current, frequency, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, three-phase current vector sum, phase sequence discrimination, inductive, capacitive circuit, etc. The test wiring is as follows: single-phase test: connect the measured voltage lines L and N to the U1 yellow and COM black jacks of the instrument, and clamp the measured L line with the current clamp I1. You can also connect U2 green, COM black, I2 or U3 red, COM black, I3 tests. Three-phase four-wire test: connect the measured voltage lines UA yellow, UB green, UC red and n black to the U1 yellow, U2 green, U3 red and COM black jacks of the instrument, and clamp the current clamps I1, I2 and I3 to the measured lines IA, IB and IC. Three-phase three-wire test: connect the measured voltage lines UA yellow, UC red and UB green to the U1 yellow, U3 red and COM black jacks of the instrument, and clamp the measured lines IA and IC correspondingly with current clamps I1 and I3. Refer to the wiring diagram below. During the test, the inductive capacitive load, phase sequence and polarity can be judged according to various phase relationships. If the U1I1 phase is displayed in the range of 00~900, the tested load is inductive, and if the U1I1 phase is displayed in the range of 2700~3600, the tested load is capacitive. If the display phases are all close to 1200, it is positive phase sequence and the polarity is the same. If the display phases are close to 1200 and 3000, it is positive phase, and the polarity is opposite (there may be reverse current clamp or reverse line wiring), other cases are reverse phase sequence (phase loss is not considered). In the phase sequence test display mode, when U1, U2, U3 or I1, I2, I3 are in the positive phase sequence, the cursor flashes from left to right in sequence; when the phase sequence is reversed, the cursor U1, U2, U3 or I1, I2, I3 flashes from right to left in sequence. If the cursor corresponding to U1, U2, U3 or I1, I2, I3 is not lit, there may be a phase loss or the signal amplitude is too low.

Please read the instructions carefully before using the three-phase phase voltammeter, and pay attention to personal and equipment safety.
