Method of using AC/DC partial pressure measurement system

How to use the AC/DC partial pressure measurement system produced by Wuhan Zhongke Xinyi Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd:
1. Correct wiring

Correct wiring according to the wiring method shown in the figure. The high-voltage input is connected to the terminal post at the top of the voltage equating ball, the grounding post is connected to the ground through the matching grounding wire of the instrument, and the high-voltage voltage divider and the low-voltage display meter are connected through the coaxial cable of the instrument. After connecting, check the connection, and select the corresponding gear and limit to start the measurement.
Note: The instrument is equipped with a matching ground wire, high-voltage divider base is equipped with a special grounding column, each time before use must be a reliable grounding column. High-voltage test lines should be high-voltage resistant wires as far as possible. The test lines must be overhead and must not be mopped or too close to the ground. The high-voltage divider and the low-voltage display meter are at least two meters apart. When testing, the tester must not approach the high-voltage divider (the safe distance is more than two meters).
2. Power frequency high voltage measurement
After correct wiring, turn on the "Power" switch of the low-voltage display meter, switch the function switch to AC gear, and select High gear to measure the power frequency high voltage. The liquid crystal display value is the measured power frequency high voltage value. If the measurement voltage is lower than 20kV, the function switch can be switched to Low to obtain higher measurement accuracy. After the test is completed, cut off the high pressure and wait for the low pressure display instrument to return to zero before entering the site. (During the AC test, the meter will slowly return to zero, but the high-voltage power supply may no longer have electricity.)
3. DC high voltage measurement
After correct wiring, turn on the "Power" switch of the low-voltage display meter, switch the function switch to DC gear, and select High gear to measure DC high voltage. The liquid crystal display value is the DC high voltage value. If the measurement voltage is lower than 20kV, the function switch can be switched to Low to obtain higher measurement accuracy. After the test is completed, cut off the high pressure and wait for the low pressure display instrument to return to zero before entering the site. Note: When measuring DC, due to the existence of filter capacitor, the test must be discharged before it can be close to the high voltage divider.
4. High voltage divider used separately
Wuhan Zhongke Xinyi Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd. is designed to meet the actual requirements of customers. The high-voltage divider can be used independently, and the common multimeter on the market can replace the low-voltage display meter. The voltage divider ratio of the high voltage divider is 1000:1, and the multimeter value multiplied by 1000 is equal to the measured high voltage value. That is, the unit of the value indicated by the multimeter can be changed to kV.
