The use method of the dry AC withstand voltage test device produced by Wuhan Zhongke Xinyi Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd:
(1) Before the test, the shell "" end of the high-voltage test transformer and the grounding end "" of the power control box must be well grounded, otherwise the safety of people and equipment will be endangered.
(2) Before operation, you must be familiar with the electrical principle wiring diagram of the high-voltage test transformer and the power control box. If the DC withstand voltage and leakage test is checked, the high-voltage wow or micro-ammeter can be screwed on the high-voltage end of the high-voltage test transformer.
(3) After the preparation is completed and the line is checked, the main power switch can be closed, and the red switch indicator light is also on at this time. If it is not on, press the regulator handle counterclockwise to return to zero position, and the indicator light on the red stop button will be on, otherwise the start button will refuse to cooperate.
(4) Press the start button and the green button indicator light will be on. At this time, the handle of the regulator will be evenly and slowly rotated at a speed of 1.5-2 kV clockwise per second. The high voltage will rise gradually and pay close attention to the instructions of the voltmeter and the condition of the sample until the required test high voltage is adjusted.
(5) To test the withstand voltage test time of the product, pull out the timer and press the timing and alarm switch, that is, test the withstand voltage of the product within the specified time, and then give an alarm to inform that if the tested product is broken down, the overcurrent relay will trip automatically, and the voltmeter value reading at this time is the product breakdown voltage value.
(6) If it is necessary to protect the tested product from breakdown, the discharge voltage of the protection ball can be adjusted to about 1.15 times of the test voltage by continuously connecting the gap of the protection ball on the high voltage side.
