The use method of intelligent micro water meter

ZWS-105 SF6 intelligent micro-moisture meter
1. Connect SF6 equipment
Connect the threaded end of the measuring pipeline with the switch connector, tighten it with a wrench, and close the needle valve at the other end of the measuring pipeline; then insert one end of the quick connector on the test pipeline into the sampling port on the micro-moisture meter; connect the exhaust pipeline to the air outlet. Finally, connect the switch connector with the SF6 electrical equipment measurement interface and tighten it with a wrench;
2. Check the electric quantity
This instrument is recommended to give priority to the use of alternating current.
When using DC power, please check the battery power displayed in the upper right corner. If the power is less than about 20%, please shut down and charge and continue to use it.
3. Start of measurement
First, all the needle valves on the measuring pipeline of the instrument are opened, and then the flow is adjusted with the flow valve on the panel to adjust the flow to about 0.5L/M, and the SF6 dew point is measured.
The measurement time of the first device takes 5-10 minutes, and thereafter it takes 3-5 minutes for each device.
4. Stored data
After the equipment measurement is completed, the data can be saved in the instrument, press the "OK" key to call up the operation menu, the specific operation method is shown in the next section.
5. Measurement of other equipment
After measuring with one device, close the needle valve on the measuring pipeline and the regulating valve on the micro-water meter. Remove the adapter from the SF6 electrical equipment. If you need to continue measuring other devices, follow the steps above to continue measuring the next device.
6. End of measurement
After the measurement of all equipment, turn off the power of the micro-water meter.
