  1. Pre-Sales Service Commitment

1. Provide professional consultation; Answer your professional and technical questions within 2 hours.

2. Provide detailed information; Post the technical information you need within 4 hours and try to receive it within two days.

3. Provide inspection reception; Receive your inspection at any time, and try your best to provide various conveniences for your inspection work.

 

  2. in-sale service commitment

1, consciously abide by the provisions of the contract law, to ensure the smooth performance of the contract and technical agreement.

2. We will try our best to provide you with high-quality products on time and quantity, and adopt fast and safe transportation methods to ensure that the goods you receive are intact.

3. Actively communicate with users, respect user arrangements, and provide users with thoughtful technical support.

Regardless of the size of the contract, all customers are fair in terms of price and service.

 

  3. after-sales service default commitment

We will provide relevant technical guidance according to customer's requirements. Our after-sales commitment is:

(1) The shelf life of the equipment shall be two years from the date of acceptance. Due to the quality problems of the equipment itself during the warranty period, Party B shall be responsible for handling and solving the quality and safety problems of the equipment.

(2) Party B shall provide free maintenance for two years and life-long maintenance. If quality problems occur during the use of the equipment, Party B shall arrive at Party A's site within 48 hours after receiving Party A's notice. Party B shall give a reply within 24 hours after receiving Party A's notice for relevant technical problems during the use of the equipment.

(3) Party B's after-sales service breach commitment:

1. During the warranty period, Party B shall provide Party A with maintenance services for this product free of charge. If the product needs to be replaced due to natural wear and tear, Party B shall replace the product free of charge.

2, the product lifetime to provide technical services and paid maintenance services.

Provide at least three on-site guidance and technical services.

4, if there is a breach of service, we will bear 20% of the total contract amount of liquidated damages.
