Anti-interference dielectric loss tester use method

Classification:

Test equipment use method

  ZJS-6000E anti-interference dielectric loss tester

1.1 high voltage output socket (0.5 ~ 10kV, 200mA max)

Installation position: front side of the box, peripheral protection door.

Function: internal high voltage output; Detect the reverse wiring test current; The high voltage end of the internal standard capacitor.

Wiring method: pin 1 of the socket is connected to the high-voltage core wire (red clip), and pins 2 and 3 are connected to the high-voltage shield (black clip). During positive wiring, both the core wire (red clip) and the shield (black clip) of the high-voltage line can be used as the pressurized wire. During reverse wiring, only the core wire can be used to pressurize the high-pressure end of the test article. If there is a shielding pole at the high-pressure end of the sample (such as the shielding ring at the high-pressure end), it can be connected to the high-pressure shield. If there is no shielding, the high-pressure shield is suspended.

Note:

(1) The instrument measurement cable is universal, and it is recommended to connect this socket with a high-voltage line. The high-voltage socket and high-voltage line have dangerous voltage. It is absolutely forbidden to touch the high-voltage socket, cable, clamp and live parts of the test article! Confirm the wiring after power off, be sure to keep away from the measurement!

(2) When verifying the reverse wiring accuracy with a standard dielectric loss device (or standard capacitor), a fully shielded plug should be used to connect the test article, otherwise the exposed core wire will cause errors.

(3) The high-voltage line should be guaranteed to be connected to the high-voltage end of the test product, otherwise it may cause errors or data fluctuations, and may also cause instrument protection.

(4) When removing the wiring under strong interference, disconnect the connection while keeping the cable grounded to prevent induced electric shock.

1.2 sample input Cx socket (10μA ~ 1A)

Function: Input sample current when positive wiring.

Wiring method: pin 1 of the socket is connected to the measuring wire core (red clip), and pins 2 and 3 are connected to the measuring wire shield (black clip). During positive wiring, the core wire (red clip) is connected to the low-voltage signal end of the test article. If there is a shielding pole at the low-voltage end of the test article (such as a shielding ring at the low-voltage end), the shielding can be connected to the shield. If the test article is not shielded, the shield is suspended.

Note:

(1) It is strictly prohibited to unplug the plug during measurement to prevent the current of the sample from entering the ground through the human body!

(2) When testing the positive wiring accuracy of the instrument with a standard dielectric loss device (or standard capacitor), a fully shielded plug should be used to connect the test article, otherwise the exposed core wire will cause errors.

(3) It should be ensured that the lead wire is connected to the low voltage end of the test article, otherwise it may cause errors or data fluctuations, and may also cause instrument protection.

(4) When removing the wiring under strong interference, disconnect the connection while keeping the cable grounded to prevent induced electric shock.

1.3 standard capacitor input Cn socket (10μA ~ 1A)

Function: input external standard capacitor current.

Wiring method: Similar to Cx socket, the difference is:

(1) When using an external standard capacitor, a fully shielded plug connection should be used. This method is often used for external high-voltage standard capacitors to achieve high-voltage dielectric loss measurement.

(2) menu to select "outer Cn" mode.

(3) The C and tgδ of the external standard capacitor are placed in the instrument to realize the absolute value measurement of Cx capacitance dielectric loss.

In principle, any capacitor with capacity and dielectric loss can be used as a standard capacitor by placing parameters into the instrument. The difference is that standard capacitors can provide better long-term stability and accuracy.

(4) regardless of positive wiring or reverse wiring measurement, the standard capacitor wiring method is always positive wiring.

1.4 CVT Self-excitation Low Voltage Output Socket (3~50V,3 ~ 30A, Type C None)

Function: The low-voltage variable frequency excitation power measured by the CVT is output from the socket and the grounding terminal.

Note:

(1) Due to the large low-voltage output current, the special low-resistance wire for the instrument should be used to connect the CVT secondary winding. Poor contact will affect the measurement.

(2) Select the appropriate voltage and current protection limit from the menu according to the CVT capacity.

(3) When CVT measurement is started, the test voltage of 2~5V is output. If the external wiring is wrong, it will automatically stop. If an instrument fault is suspected, measure the probe voltage.
