ZEC-1200 six sequential electric protection tester matters needing attention:
(1) Longitudinal change direction protection (RCS-901 take the locking type as an example)
Set the transceiver in the "load" position, or connect the sending output of the device to the receiving input to form a self-receiving. Only the main protection pressure plate is cast, and the overlapping handle is cut in the "comprehensive weight method". In the setting protection setting value control word, "longitudinal connection distance protection" is set to 1, "allowable channel" is set to 0, "reclosing" is set to 1, and "reclosing non-inspection" is set to 1.
In "AC test", set the three-phase normal voltage (amplitude is 57.735V, positive sequence phase), and select "manual test" mode. Start the test and wait for the protection to charge until the "charge" light comes on. Directly modify IA to 5A without stopping the output, change the three-phase voltage to 20V, and then press the "confirm" key (note: press the "confirm" key after the voltage and current parameters have been modified). At this time, the tester outputs a sudden change in the amount of failure.
According to the above method, single-phase grounding, two-phase short circuit, two-phase grounding and three-phase positive direction transient faults can be simulated respectively. The corresponding trip light on the device panel is on, and the "longitudinal change direction" is displayed on the LCD, and the action time is 15~30ms. Simulate the above reverse direction fault, and the pilot protection will not operate.
(2) Longitudinal distance protection (RCS-902/941B/951B take the locking type as an example)
Set the transceiver in the "load" position, or connect the sending output of the device to the receiving input to form a self-receiving. Only the main protection pressure plate is cast, and the overlapping handle is cut in the "comprehensive weight method". In the setting protection setting value control word, "longitudinal connection distance protection" is set to 1, "allowable channel" is set to 0, "reclosing" is set to 1, and "reclosing non-inspection" is set to 1.

In the setting protection setting value control word, "longitudinal connection distance protection" is set to 1, "allowable channel" is set to 0, "reclosing" is set to 1, and "reclosing non-inspection" is set to 1.

(4) Optical fiber longitudinal differential protection (RCS-931/943/953)
The receiving "RX" and transmitting "TX" of the optical transceiver (on the CPU plug-in) are short-circuited with pigtails to form a spontaneous self-receiving mode. Only the main protection pressure plate is cast, and the overlapping handle is cut in the "comprehensive weight method". In the setting protection setting value control words, "longitudinal distance protection", "special optical fiber", "channel self-loop", "reclosing" and "reclosing failure" are all set to 1.
In "AC test", set the three-phase normal voltage (amplitude is 57.735V, positive sequence phase), and select "manual test" mode. Start the test and wait for the protection to charge until the "charge" light comes on. Directly modify IA to I>1.05*0.5 * Max (high fixed value of differential current, 4 *(57.7/XC1)) without stopping output to simulate faults in single-phase or multi-phase areas. Then press the "Confirm" key (note: press the "Confirm" key after the voltage and current parameters have been modified).
The corresponding trip light on the device panel is on, and "current differential protection" is displayed on the LCD, and the action time is 40~60ms.
Redo the above test and add fault current I<0.95*0.5 * Max (differential current low fixed value, 1.5 *(57.7/XC1)), the device shall be reliable and inoperative..
(5) Distance protection
Only the distance protection pressure plate is cast, and the reclosing handle is cut in the "comprehensive weight mode"; In the setting protection setting value control word, "grounding distance of section I" is set to 1, "interphase distance of section I" is set to 1, "reclosing" is set to 1, and "no inspection of reclosing" is set to 1
In "AC test", set the three-phase normal voltage (amplitude is 57.735V, positive sequence phase), and select "manual test" mode. Start the test and wait for the protection to charge until the "charge" light comes on. IA is directly modified to 5A without stopping the output, and the three-phase voltage is modified to: U = 0.95 * I * ZZD1(ZZD1 is the impedance constant value of distance I). Then press the "Confirm" key (note: press the "Confirm" key after the voltage and current parameters have been modified) to simulate the three-phase positive instantaneous fault.
Respectively simulate single-phase grounding and two-phase grounding transient faults in the positive direction. The corresponding lights on the device panel are on, and the LCD shows "Distance I action", with the action time of 10~25ms.
Check the distance protection of section II and III respectively according to the above method, and pay attention to the time for adding fault amount shall be greater than the protection fixed value time.
Add fault current 20A and fault voltage 0V to simulate single-phase grounding, two-phase short circuit, two-phase grounding and three-phase reverse direction fault respectively, and the distance protection does not operate.
(6) Power frequency variation distance protection
Only the distance protection pressure plate is cast, and the overlapping handle is cut in the "comprehensive weight mode"; In the setting protection setting value control word, "power frequency variation impedance" is set to 1, and the distance between phase and grounding is set to 0.
In "AC test", set the three-phase normal voltage (amplitude is 57.735V, positive sequence phase), and select "manual test" mode. Start the test and wait for the protection to charge until the "charge" light comes on. The current is directly modified to I = 2IN without stopping the output, and the three-phase voltages are all changed to be within the range of 0-UN. Then press the "Confirm" key (note: press the "Confirm" key after the voltage and current parameters have been modified). At this time, the tester outputs a sudden change of fault quantity to simulate phase A, B and C single-phase grounding transient faults and phase AB, BC and CA transient faults respectively (at the same time, the fault voltage shall be within the range of 0-100V);
