Timely to upstream reservoirs, rivers and other management departments to understand the flood information.
4, when receiving the cold wave warning, should check the ice melting device, ice on-line monitoring device is in good condition, carry out ice melting drill. 5, when receiving high temperature warning, should check the heavy-duty transformer cooling facilities, indoor ventilation and cooling facilities in good condition, increase the frequency of infrared temperature measurement, closely monitor the temperature change, take preventive measures in advance.
6. Attention should be paid to the personal safety when carrying out inspection work under bad weather conditions. If conditions are met, robots can be used instead of manual inspection.
