    1. Overview

    ZBLQ-203B zinc oxide arrester charged tester is a special instrument for testing the electrical performance of zinc oxide arrester, the instrument is suitable for various voltage levels of zinc oxide arrester charged or power failure detection, so as to timely find the equipment internal insulation moisture and valve aging and other dangerous defects.

    The instrument is simple to operate and easy to use. The whole measurement process is controlled by the man-machine interface. It can measure the full current, resistive current and its harmonics, power frequency reference voltage and its harmonics, active power and phase difference of the zinc oxide arrester. The large screen can display the real waveforms of voltage and current. The instrument uses digital waveform analysis technology, harmonic analysis and digital filtering software anti-interference methods to make the measurement results accurate and stable, can accurately analyze the fundamental and 3~9 harmonic content, and can overcome the influence of interphase interference, the correct measurement of the resistive current of the side phase arrester.

  • Test line wiring method

    (1) Mode 1: Live wiring mode on site (sampling at both ends of current counter and sampling at secondary side of voltage PT)

    The wiring method of the test line is shown in fig. 2. please connect the current line of the main engine (4 wires are led out from the 4 cores of the aerial plug), connect the main engine aerial plug, then connect the black wire to the ground wire at the lower end of the counter, and then connect the upper end of the counter at the lower end of the, B and C phase lightning arresters according to the yellow, green and red color lines respectively.

    Then connect the voltage line of the unit (4 wires are led out from the 5 cores of the aerial plug), connect the aerial plug of the unit, and then connect the PT secondary measurement terminal. Connect the yellow, green, red and black color lines to the secondary side measurement terminals A, B, C and O respectively. Be careful to connect the wiring to avoid PT secondary or test voltage short circuit.

      Software settings:

    Current clamp: Select No ".

    Synchronization mode: you can choose "wired synchronization" or "wireless synchronization", voltage mode selection "three-phase voltage". During wired synchronization, please connect the 485 communication line between the two computers; during wireless synchronization, please connect the antennas of the two computers.

    PT ratio: input according to the voltage ratio of PT, generally 35KV voltage level is 350,220KV voltage level is 2200,500KV voltage level is 5000, etc.

    Anti-interference: generally select "No", select "Yes" when the phase angle difference is completely abnormal, and set the compensation angle.

    When doing single-phase test or two-phase test under this connection mode, only the corresponding test line is connected, and other lines are suspended.

    This connection mode is compatible with taking only phase B voltage, I .e. the voltage line is only connected to terminals B and O, other lines are suspended, and the voltage mode of the software is "phase B voltage".

      

    (2) Mode 2: Live connection mode on site (sampling at both ends of current counter and sampling at voltage by induction board (optional))

    The wiring method of the test line is shown in fig. 3. please connect the current line of the main machine (4 wires are drawn out from the 4 cores of the aerial plug), connect the main machine aerial plug, then connect the black wire to the ground wire at the lower end of the counter, and then connect the upper end of the counter at the lower end of the, B and C phase lightning arresters according to the yellow, green and red color lines respectively.

    To connect the induction board, connect the unit to the aerial plug (3 wires are led out from the 5 cores of the aerial plug), ground the black one, and then install the induction board. It is required to place the wire frame horizontally upward, and the handle end of the induction board is equipped with a strong magnet, which can be adsorbed on the base of phase B MOA, preferably directly below the bus bar of phase B lightning arrester, and phase A and phase C are used to calculate the voltage reference through software.

     Software settings:

    Current clamp: Select No ".

    Synchronization mode: You can select "wired synchronization" or "wireless synchronization", and the voltage mode is "induction board". During wired synchronization, please connect the 485 communication line between the two computers; during wireless synchronization, please connect the antennas of the two computers.

    PT ratio: input according to the voltage ratio of PT, generally 35KV voltage level is 350,220KV voltage level is 2200,500KV voltage level is 5000, etc.

    Anti-interference: Select "No".

      When doing single-phase test or two-phase test under this connection mode (phase B must be included), only the corresponding test line is connected, and other lines are suspended.

      

    (3) Mode 3: live wiring mode on site (sampling at both ends of current counter and sampling in voltage-free mode)

    The wiring method of the test line is shown in fig. 4. please connect the current line of the main engine (4 wires are drawn out from the 4 cores of the aerial plug), connect the main engine aerial plug, then connect the black wire to the ground wire at the lower end of the counter, and then connect the upper end of the counter at the lower end of the, B and C phase lightning arresters according to the yellow, green and red color lines respectively.

    No unit is required, no voltage line is required.

    Current clamp: Select No ".

    Voltage level: input according to the voltage level, generally 35KV voltage level is 35,220KV voltage level is 220,500KV voltage level is 500, etc.

    Phase shift angle: The default is 83.5 degrees, which can be set according to actual data (when there is a voltage signal, the phase angle difference displayed is measured and calculated).

    Anti-interference (optional one): select "No".

    When doing single-phase test or two-phase test under this connection mode, only the corresponding test line is connected, and other lines are suspended.

      

    (4) Mode 4: Live wiring mode on site (sampling of current grounding line and sampling of voltage PT secondary side)

    The wiring method of the test line is shown in fig. 5. please connect the main engine current line (4 wires are led out from the 4 cores of the air plug), connect the main engine air plug, then connect three current clamps, pay attention to the direction, and then connect the grounding wires of phase a, B and c lightning arresters according to the yellow, green and red color lines respectively.

    Then connect the voltage line of the unit (4 wires are led out from the 5 cores of the aerial plug), connect the aerial plug of the unit, and then connect the PT secondary measurement terminal. Connect the yellow, green, red and black color lines to the secondary side measurement terminals A, B, C and O respectively. Be careful to connect the wiring to avoid PT secondary or test voltage short circuit.

    Software settings:

    Current Clamp: Select Yes ".

    Synchronization mode: you can choose "wired synchronization" or "wireless synchronization", voltage mode selection "three-phase voltage". During wired synchronization, please connect the 485 communication line between the two computers; during wireless synchronization, please connect the antennas of the two computers.

    PT ratio: input according to the voltage ratio of PT, generally 35KV voltage level is 350,220KV voltage level is 2200,500KV voltage level is 5000, etc.

    Phase shift angle: The default is 83.5 degrees, which can be set according to actual data. The current clamp has a large magnetic discharge, and the angle is set by software.

    This connection mode is compatible with taking only phase B voltage, I .e. the voltage line is only connected to terminals B and O, other lines are suspended, and the voltage mode of the software is "phase B voltage".

      

    (5) Mode 5: Laboratory simulation wiring mode (three-phase voltage sampling)

    In the power failure state of the transformer, the laboratory three-phase wiring method is shown in fig. 6. please connect the instrument and the test transformer to the reliable ground first, then connect the current test line (the yellow, green and red lines of the 4-core wire of the 4-core plug-in are respectively connected to the lower ends of the three zinc oxide arresters a, B and c, and the black wire is grounded), and finally connect the voltage test

    Test line (the yellow, green and red lines of the 4-core wire from the 5-core aerial plug are connected to one end of the measuring winding of the transformer, and the black line is connected to the other end of the measuring winding of the transformer. Pay attention to the direction, and switch it if the direction is wrong).

    After checking the correct wiring, slowly raise the voltage to the operating voltage (phase voltage) of the zinc oxide arrester, and then operate the instrument to start the test.

    Current clamp: Select No ".

    Synchronization mode: you can choose "wired synchronization" or "wireless synchronization", voltage mode selection "three-phase voltage". During wired synchronization, please connect the 485 communication line between the two computers; during wireless synchronization, please connect the antennas of the two computers.

    PT transformation ratio: input according to the measurement transformation ratio of the test transformer (the ratio of the high voltage winding to the measurement winding). For example, for a 50KV test transformer, the measuring winding (instrument end) is 100V, and this value is set to 50KV:100V = 500.

    Anti-interference: Select "No".

    When doing single-phase test or two-phase test under this connection mode, only the corresponding test line is connected, and other lines are suspended.

    For this test, the customer needs to configure a set of test transformers. When the test transformer is selected, the capacity does not need to be large, and the maximum voltage is greater than the phase voltage when the arrester is working.
