ZLB-600A portable fault recorder is based on DSP, embedded operating system as the core, using three-layer architecture, to achieve data acquisition, processing, transmission, storage functions of portable devices.
1. Overview:
ZLB-600A portable fault recorder is based on DSP, embedded operating system as the core, using three-layer architecture, to achieve data acquisition, processing, transmission, storage functions of portable devices.
Based on the advanced data processing capability of DSP, the wave recorder realizes all-digital analog signal filtering, and can flexibly adopt different sampling frequencies according to user needs, up to 100 K/S, which can be used for recording and analysis of transient electrical signals. Using advanced industrial control kernel, combined with embedded operating system, efficient and reliable data advanced processing, transmission, storage, display function.
ZLB-600A portable fault recorder provides host computer software package, which can be installed on computers based on Windows operating system, such as notebook computers, engineer stations, DCS hosts, etc. The host computer is connected with the wave recorder through the field bus or LAN to realize the functions of remote control, data sharing and electrical test.
The main functions of wave recorder include:
Fault wave recording: according to the fault criterion predefined by the user, the wave recorder monitors the measured signal in real time, starts waveform recording in case of fault, and notifies the upper computer at the same time. The recorded data is stored in the permanent memory without loss of power failure. This function can be used to monitor the operation of power system or other key equipment for fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
Real-time monitoring: the wave recorder is connected with 16 switching signals and 18 analog signals. The wave recorder calculates the effective value of analog quantity in real time, calculates the value (frequency, active, reactive, zero sequence, negative sequence, etc.), and can calculate harmonics in real time (3 channels at the same time, up to 21 times), vector diagram (up to 4 groups, each group includes 6 analog quantities at most). All the above data, including switch status, analog waveform can be displayed in real time. The effective value and switching value can be transmitted to the upper computer in real time.
3-day historical curve: The recorder can record 16 switching quantities and 8 analog quantities (optional, including calculation) at a frequency of one point per second, for a total of 3 days, and record circularly to describe the long-term trend of the measured signal. The recorded data does not lose power.
Generator total start-up electrical test: the wave recorder can easily realize the X-Y characteristic test of any two groups of parameters, and can do curve fitting. It can also replace the oscillator oscilloscope to record the effective value of optional analog quantity. The function covers no-load test and short-circuit test of the generator, as well as step test, de-excitation test and zero-rise boost test of the excitation regulator. The electrical test of the wave recorder can improve the test efficiency, measurement accuracy and data processing ability, and realize the automation of electrical test.
The recorder can be used for on-line monitoring of key equipment in power systems or other industries; it can also be used as a portable instrument for monitoring and analyzing the faults of various industrial equipment; or it can use its data processing and computing capabilities as a data source to provide real-time data to other systems.
2. functional features
♦Electrical isolation 18 analog, 16 switch synchronous sampling
Input signal processing channels are all electrically isolated, with an isolation withstand voltage of 3000VDC.
♦Flexible sampling frequency
The wave recorder allows a variety of sampling frequencies from 10 K/s to 100 K/s to meet different application needs. The highest sampling frequency is 100 K/s(2 analog channels and 16 switch channels). When 18 analog channels and 16 switch channels are all turned on, the sampling frequency of the wave recorder is 10 K/s.
♦Real-time effective value calculation
The wave recorder calculates the effective value of the analog channel without delay. The AC quantity RMS generates one point every 10ms.
♦real-time derived quantity calculation
The user can define up to 24 derived quantities, including frequency, active, reactive and other types. The wave recorder performs derivative calculations without delay.
♦Real-time monitoring of access channels and derivatives, multiple fault startup methods
In any running state, the recorder monitors the access amount in real time according to the startup amount, startup mode and startup value set by the user. Once the startup criterion is met, the waveform is recorded according to the format set by the user. The fault log file storage capacity is 2GB. If the host computer (PC) is connected, the recorder notifies the host computer immediately.
♦Generator General Start Electrical Test Function
Connected to the PC, the wave recorder can be used for the general start-up electrical test of the generator, including the short circuit and no-load test of the generator and the exciter, and the characteristic test of the excitation regulator.
