As a new type of overvoltage protection device in power system, three-phase combined overvoltage protector has been widely used in 35kV and below power system to limit lightning overvoltage, vacuum circuit breaker operating overvoltage and various transient overvoltage that may occur in power system, which can effectively protect the insulation of electric equipment such as motor, transformer, switch, capacitor, cable, bus and so on from damage, it can play a reliable role in limiting the overvoltage between phases and relative ground, which is not available in traditional lightning arresters.
1. Overview:
As a new type of overvoltage protection device in power system, three-phase combined overvoltage protector has been widely used in 35kV and below power system to limit lightning overvoltage, vacuum circuit breaker operating overvoltage and various transient overvoltage that may occur in power system, which can effectively protect the insulation of electric equipment such as motor, transformer, switch, capacitor, cable, bus and so on from damage, it can play a reliable role in limiting the overvoltage between phases and relative ground, which is not available in traditional lightning arresters.
The test of overvoltage protector should comply with the "DL/T 474.5-2006" field insulation test implementation guide part 5: lightning arrester test requirements. Three-phase combined overvoltage protectors are mainly divided into two categories: overvoltage protectors with series gaps and overvoltage protectors without gaps. The contents of the test items require the use of high-voltage power frequency AC and high-voltage DC power supplies respectively. One set of DC high-voltage test equipment and one set of AC withstand voltage test equipment are required for the test. The equipment is large in volume and large in number, and the test wiring test is complicated and inefficient. There is no special instrument that can cover the gap and mutual gapless overvoltage protector in China. For this reason, our company has developed a comprehensive detection device for three-phase combined overvoltage protector suitable for 10kV voltage level and below, which is used for debugging and testing projects of three-phase combined overvoltage protector, in order to find dangerous defects such as internal insulation moisture and valve aging as early as possible.
IIPerformance characteristics:
1. The instrument host adopts high-strength, high-insulation, wear-resistant hard plastic sealed box, which has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, sturdiness and durability, good shockproof performance, high insulation level, convenient on-site handling, etc;
2. The instrument uses 220V mains power supply, can meet all kinds of test site.
3. Thoughtful safety design: The instrument is designed with a high-voltage output switch, and the hardware circuit can only be connected to the high-voltage output circuit after being placed in OUT, which can effectively avoid the hidden danger of causing injury to the test personnel due to high-voltage output due to misoperation. Once the instrument has high-voltage output, it will give out an audible and visual alarm prompt, which has a good prompt effect on site users.
4. Instrument host built-in 32-bit high-speed processor, with powerful data processing capabilities.
5. All Chinese simplified LCD display, good man-machine interface, simple and intuitive operation.
6. The functions of the instrument are fully configured and flexible. The host can directly output DC high voltage for testing gapless three-phase overvoltage protectors and zinc oxide lightning arresters, and can also be configured with test transformers for power frequency discharge voltage tests with series gap overvoltage protectors. A set of instruments can complete the test items of commonly used overvoltage protectors.
7. The test parameters include AC action voltage test of series gap overvoltage protector and DC 1mA reference voltage test of no gap overvoltage protector and zinc oxide arrester, with reliable data and high precision.
